Ugly Duckling: Yet Another One

HOW many posts do I have to write before stardoll actually sends out Royalty gifts that aren't sad looking recolourations? Oh, well.

First off, I tried keeping my overall look as neutral as possible to try and make the coat as some kind of statement piece. I say some kind, because it's not a very good one. I also included this week's ss gift, the Vinyl bag.

Next, I did styled it how most ugly items look their best - layered, and only half-visible. Like this, I almost like it. Almost.

Then, this bright pink Barbie bag I usually avoid using, turned out to be the same colour. I then went with sparkles and a long skirt to give off a little glamour.

Lastly, I went all out, combining a bright HOTBUYS knit top, with bold blue accessories, to try out-bright and out-texture the sweater - and I think it worked out all right.
