Review: Bod Mod

It's April Fools, isn't it? It's got to be, if these "Halloween" items are anything to judge by. Yes, it's an angry review, what did they even expect?

What Could Have Been Worse:

The prices. They're okay? The decor items are a mix between super affordable and ridiculously overpriced - 22sd for a drain is just silly, but a 7sd garland is reasonable in my book.

The...onesies? I guess. They're fine. I wouldn't have been quite so upset if it was a onesie store only. But then again, they're pretty poor looking, so very flat, plastic-looking and oddly shiny, so maybe not. They do have male doll versions, which is mildly redeeming. But only mildly. The fact you have to buy the heads separately, and not have it combined or coming with like the back pieces do, is an absolute rip-off.

What I Hated:

Not only did the recolour a previous mermaid tail - they recoloured it multiple times as if the only reason anyone celebrate Halloween is to be an overpriced, marginally ugly mermaid. Like, no.

Then - the sea background. Where do I even start? There was a nearly identical, actually with detail and built in decor version, for free, mere months ago. Nobody with any sense is going to actually buy that.

Needless to say, I don't have a single "pick" from this collection - it's straight up a trashy, lame, appalling joke of a release. We can only hope Tingeling Couture saves us from this tragedy.
