What Was Okay
Yeah, no, I didn't love a single thing in this collection.
There is a decent variety in shapes and colours, which go well with both the Northern Hemisphere's entry int Autumn, and the Southern hemisphere's entry into Spring.
There's less dupes than previous collections, though I will be doing a post on SMW about that.
In general, the shoes and bags are decently well made and all very versatile.
The prices are OKAY. They're not affordable, and as we've come to expect from Nelly and other Real Brands, there's no items for coins.
The denim items are definitely different from the repeated boyfriend-with-rips we've seen dozens of times already, though they're still not anything to rave about.
My Picks:
What I Hated With Passion
Two thirds of this collection - and I'm talking both new floors - looks like something from the 2010 reject pile. They're flat, lifeless, and straight up ugly.
The pieces they choose are incredibly random in terms of prints and styles - it's difficult to tell what kind of a theme this store is supposed to have, if any. Earlier floors were always proper collections - all monochrome, or festival, or Western inspired. But this is just a higgledy piggledy mess.
So many bland basic pieces. It's a bit laughable really, that we've all waited so long for new Nelly to bring in something wearable and trendy, only to be faces with items better suited to BASICS or as Stardesign templates.
